As a general policy, we DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at scentedcentral@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
